About the tides at Alexandria

Expect two roughly equal high tides a day at Va., each arriving about 50 minutes later than the day before. The average range is about 2.3 ft. Spring tides add a little more at both ends. The next spring tides peak on October 10, with a range of 3.0 ft. Neap tides follow on Monday, when the range shrinks to 2.1 ft.
