About the tides at Ashe Inlet

Tides here follow a regular twice-daily rhythm. The two daily highs usually differ by only 0.27 m. Ashe Inlet sees a mean range of about 6.79 m. Low tide can expose a wide area, and the return is fast. That is larger than most Nunavut stations on this site. Over the next two weeks the biggest daily range, 9.81 m, comes on October 27, and the smallest, 3.48 m, on Monday.
