About the tides at Avalon

Avalon has a mixed tide. The two daily highs, and especially the two lows, can differ a lot in height. The average range is about 3.7 ft. Spring tides add a little more at both ends. From the average lower low to the average higher high, the difference is 5.3 ft. The next spring tides peak on October 27, with a range of 7.5 ft.
