About the tides at Cape Aldrich

Tides here are mixed. On average the two daily highs differ by 0.12 m, so check which low is the lower one before you head out. The mean range is small, about 0.23 m, so wind and pressure can matter as much as the tide itself. That is smaller than most Nunavut stations on this site. The next spring tides peak on October 28, with a range of 0.45 m. Neap tides follow today, when the range shrinks to 0.15 m.
