About the tides at Finnerty Cove

Finnerty Cove has a mixed tide. The two daily highs, and especially the two lows, can differ a lot in height. On a typical day the water moves about 1.45 m between high and low. That is smaller than most British Columbia stations on this site. Over the next two weeks the biggest daily range, 2.93 m, comes on October 30, and the smallest, 0.24 m, on October 28.
