About the tides at Iceberg Point

This is a mixed-tide station. Some days bring a deep low and a shallow low, and a few days have only one of each. Water here rises and falls only about 0.14 m on an average day. A strong onshore wind can push levels above the prediction. That is smaller than most Nunavut stations on this site. Over the next two weeks the biggest daily range, 0.26 m, comes on October 30, and the smallest, 0.11 m, on Friday.
