About the tides at Macdonald Point

Macdonald Point has a semidiurnal tide: two highs and two lows of similar height each day, about 12 hours and 25 minutes apart. The mean range is small, about 0.22 m, so wind and pressure can matter as much as the tide itself. That is smaller than most New Brunswick stations on this site.
