About the tides at Money Key

Money Key has a mixed tide. The two daily highs, and especially the two lows, can differ a lot in height. Water here rises and falls only about 0.7 ft on an average day. A strong onshore wind can push levels above the prediction. That is smaller than most Florida stations on this site. Over the next two weeks the biggest daily range, 1.3 ft, comes today, and the smallest, 0.8 ft, on October 13.
