About the tides at Westport

Westport has a mixed tide. The two daily highs, and especially the two lows, can differ a lot in height. The pattern follows the reference station at Arena Cove, Pacific Ocean. On a typical day the water moves about 3.8 ft between high and low. Looking a year ahead, predictions peak at 7.5 ft on December 24 and bottom out at −1.9 ft on June 6.
