About the tides at Big Bay

Big Bay has a mixed tide. The two daily highs, and especially the two lows, can differ a lot in height. With a mean range of about 1.80 m, the shoreline here changes a lot between high and low water. Over the next two weeks the biggest daily range, 3.63 m, comes on October 30, and the smallest, 1.52 m, on Sunday.
