About the tides at Calibogue Cay

Expect two roughly equal high tides a day at Broad Creek, Hilton Head Island, each arriving about 50 minutes later than the day before. With a mean range of about 7.0 ft, the shoreline here changes a lot between high and low water. That is larger than most South Carolina stations on this site. Over the next two weeks the biggest daily range, 8.6 ft, comes today, and the smallest, 7.3 ft, on Sunday.
