About the tides at Cape Enrage
Expect two roughly equal high tides a day at Cape Enrage, each arriving about 50 minutes later than the day before. Cape Enrage sees a mean range of about 8.75 m. Low tide can expose a wide area, and the return is fast. That is larger than most New Brunswick stations on this site. Over the next two weeks the biggest daily range, 11.30 m, comes on October 10, and the smallest, 8.71 m, on Monday.
Predictions for Cape Enrage come from this station's own tide records. There is no live sensor, so the table shows forecast only. The nearest other station is Cape Capstan, 14 km away. Heights are measured from chart datum, which in most Canadian tidal waters is set near the lowest normal tide. That is why lows here rarely go below zero.
