Conimicut Light has a semidiurnal tide: two highs and two lows of similar height each day, about 12 hours and 25 minutes apart. The average range is about 4.2 ft. Spring tides add a little more at both ends. From the average lower low to the average higher high, the difference is 4.6 ft. The next spring tides peak on October 10, with a range of 5.3 ft. Neap tides follow on Sunday, when the range shrinks to 3.8 ft.
