About the tides at Edgerley Island
This is a mixed-tide station. Some days bring a deep low and a shallow low, and a few days have only one of each. The pattern follows the reference station at San Francisco, San Francisco Bay. On a typical day the water moves about 4.7 ft between high and low. From the average lower low to the average higher high, the difference is 6.1 ft. Over the next two weeks the biggest daily range, 6.5 ft, comes today, and the smallest, 3.2 ft, on Thursday.
