About the tides at Lower Hall Landing

Tides at Lower Hall Landing are mostly diurnal: one rise and one fall a day, with a slow change between them. The pattern follows the reference station at Mobile State Docks, Mobile River. The mean range is small, about 1.2 ft, so wind and pressure can matter as much as the tide itself. The next spring tides peak on October 29, with a range of 2.2 ft.
