About the tides at Meshik
Tides here are mixed. On average the two daily highs differ by 3.3 ft, so check which low is the lower one before you head out. With a mean range of about 8.1 ft, the shoreline here changes a lot between high and low water. From the average lower low to the average higher high, the difference is 11.6 ft. Over the next two weeks the biggest daily range, 15.8 ft, comes on October 30, and the smallest, 7.1 ft, on Thursday. Looking a year ahead, predictions peak at 14.2 ft on November 28 and bottom out at −3.6 ft on December 25.
