About the tides at Mill Creek (Grey Point)

Tides here are mixed. On average the two daily highs differ by 0.2 ft, so check which low is the lower one before you head out. The pattern follows the reference station at Sewells Point, Hampton Roads. The mean range is small, about 1.1 ft, so wind and pressure can matter as much as the tide itself.
