About the tides at Pointe-du-Chêne

Tides here are mixed. On average the two daily highs differ by 0.08 m, so check which low is the lower one before you head out. The mean range is small, about 0.47 m, so wind and pressure can matter as much as the tide itself. That is smaller than most New Brunswick stations on this site. The next spring tides peak on October 29, with a range of 1.26 m. Neap tides follow on Friday, when the range shrinks to 0.21 m.
