About the tides at Port Blakely

This is a mixed-tide station. Some days bring a deep low and a shallow low, and a few days have only one of each. With a mean range of about 7.6 ft, the shoreline here changes a lot between high and low water. Over the next two weeks the biggest daily range, 12.6 ft, comes today, and the smallest, 6.8 ft, on October 11.
