About the tides at Riviera Beach

Riviera Beach has a semidiurnal tide: two highs and two lows of similar height each day, about 12 hours and 25 minutes apart. The pattern follows the reference station at Sandy Hook. The average range is about 3.2 ft. Spring tides add a little more at both ends. The next spring tides peak on October 27, with a range of 4.7 ft. Neap tides follow today, when the range shrinks to 2.6 ft. In the next 12 months the highest predicted tide here is 4.6 ft on August 2, and the lowest is −1.0 ft on January 23.

Riviera Beach is a subordinate station. NOAA predicts its tides by adjusting Sandy Hook: highs come about 8 min and lows about 38 min later than there.
