About the tides at Creighton Narrows Entrance

Creighton Narrows Entrance has a semidiurnal tide: two highs and two lows of similar height each day, about 12 hours and 25 minutes apart. The pattern follows the reference station at Fort Pulaski, Savannah River. With a mean range of about 7.1 ft, the shoreline here changes a lot between high and low water. Looking a year ahead, predictions peak at 9.6 ft on October 27 and bottom out at −2.0 ft on January 23.
