About the tides at Eshamy Bay

Eshamy Bay has a mixed tide. The two daily highs, and especially the two lows, can differ a lot in height. The pattern follows the reference station at Cordova, Orca Inlet, Prince William Sd. With a mean range of about 9.5 ft, the shoreline here changes a lot between high and low water. Over the next two weeks the biggest daily range, 15.0 ft, comes today, and the smallest, 5.6 ft, on Friday. Looking a year ahead, predictions peak at 15.5 ft on November 25 and bottom out at −3.7 ft on July 5.
