About the tides at Fulton
Expect two roughly equal high tides a day at Fulton, each arriving about 50 minutes later than the day before. The average range is about 3.5 ft. Spring tides add a little more at both ends. That is larger than most Florida stations on this site. The next spring tides peak on October 10, with a range of 4.4 ft. Neap tides follow on Sunday, when the range shrinks to 3.7 ft.
Fulton is a subordinate station, so NOAA publishes only its high and low times and heights. The nearest other station is Clapboard Creek, 1 mi away, where high tide comes about 8 min later. For tidal currents, see Blount Island, East of.
