About the tides at Kitsilano

This is a mixed-tide station. Some days bring a deep low and a shallow low, and a few days have only one of each. The range is large, about 2.07 m on average. Flats and bars appear and vanish quickly, so keep an eye on the time. The next spring tides peak tomorrow, with a range of 3.65 m. Neap tides follow on October 10, when the range shrinks to 2.08 m.
