Omakstalia Point has a mixed tide. The two daily highs, and especially the two lows, can differ a lot in height. The pattern follows the reference station at Naknek, Naknek River. The range is large, about 5.9 ft on average. Flats and bars appear and vanish quickly, so keep an eye on the time. That is smaller than most Alaska stations on this site. The next spring tides peak today, with a range of 8.9 ft. Neap tides follow on October 21, when the range shrinks to 4.5 ft.
