About the tides at Palma Sola Bay (North)

Tides here are mixed. On average the two daily highs differ by 0.4 ft, so check which low is the lower one before you head out. The pattern follows the reference station at St. Petersburg, Tampa Bay. The mean range is small, about 1.6 ft, so wind and pressure can matter as much as the tide itself. From the average lower low to the average higher high, the difference is 2.2 ft. The next spring tides peak on Wednesday, with a range of 2.5 ft. Neap tides follow on October 21, when the range shrinks to 1.6 ft.
