About the tides at Pigeon Key, north side, Florida Bay

This is a mixed-tide station. Some days bring a deep low and a shallow low, and a few days have only one of each. Water here rises and falls only about 0.6 ft on an average day. A strong onshore wind can push levels above the prediction. That is smaller than most Florida stations on this site.
