About the tides at Pilottown

Most days here have a single high and a single low. Around neap tides the pattern can blur into small double tides. Water here rises and falls only about 0.8 ft on an average day. A strong onshore wind can push levels above the prediction. That is smaller than most Louisiana stations on this site.
