About the tides at Point Buckler

This is a mixed-tide station. Some days bring a deep low and a shallow low, and a few days have only one of each. The pattern follows the reference station at Port Chicago, Suisun Bay. The average range is about 3.9 ft. Spring tides add a little more at both ends. The next spring tides peak on October 28, with a range of 6.6 ft. Neap tides follow on Monday, when the range shrinks to 4.0 ft. In the next 12 months the highest predicted tide here is 6.9 ft on July 4, and the lowest is −0.6 ft on December 25.

Point Buckler is a subordinate station. NOAA predicts its tides by adjusting Port Chicago, Suisun Bay: highs come about 13 min and lows about 22 min later than there.
