Expect two roughly equal high tides a day at Terror Bay, each arriving about 50 minutes later than the day before. Terror Bay sees a mean range of about 11.6 ft. Low tide can expose a wide area, and the return is fast. That is larger than most Alaska stations on this site. From the average lower low to the average higher high, the difference is 14.2 ft. Over the next two weeks the biggest daily range, 18.0 ft, comes on Sunday, and the smallest, 9.1 ft, on October 15.
