About the tides at Air Station Beaufort

Expect two roughly equal high tides a day at McCalleys Creek, each arriving about 50 minutes later than the day before. The range is large, about 7.3 ft on average. Flats and bars appear and vanish quickly, so keep an eye on the time. That is larger than most South Carolina stations on this site.
