About the tides at Androscoggin River entrance
Expect two roughly equal high tides a day at Androscoggin River entrance, each arriving about 50 minutes later than the day before. On a typical day the water moves about 4.7 ft between high and low. That is smaller than most Maine stations on this site. Over the next two weeks the biggest daily range, 5.9 ft, comes today, and the smallest, 4.9 ft, on Monday.
