About the tides at Arisaig

This is a mixed-tide station. Some days bring a deep low and a shallow low, and a few days have only one of each. On a typical day the water moves about 0.75 m between high and low. That is smaller than most Nova Scotia stations on this site. Over the next two weeks the biggest daily range, 1.48 m, comes tomorrow, and the smallest, 0.91 m, on October 9.
