About the tides at Donald Ross Bridge

Donald Ross Bridge has a semidiurnal tide: two highs and two lows of similar height each day, about 12 hours and 25 minutes apart. The average range is about 2.2 ft. Spring tides add a little more at both ends. That is larger than most Florida stations on this site. The next spring tides peak on October 10, with a range of 3.0 ft. Neap tides follow on Sunday, when the range shrinks to 2.1 ft.

Donald Ross Bridge is a subordinate station, so NOAA publishes only its high and low times and heights. The nearest other station is Lake Worth Creek, 2 mi away, where high tide comes about 9 min later. For tidal currents, see North Turning Basin.
