About the tides at Kuliliak Bay

Kuliliak Bay has a mixed tide. The two daily highs, and especially the two lows, can differ a lot in height. The pattern follows the reference station at Unalaska. The average range is about 3.3 ft. Spring tides add a little more at both ends. That is smaller than most Alaska stations on this site. The next spring tides peak on October 15, with a range of 5.8 ft. Neap tides follow on Tuesday, when the range shrinks to 1.6 ft. In the next 12 months the highest predicted tide here is 7.4 ft on December 23, and the lowest is −1.9 ft on June 6.
