Middleton Island (north end) has a mixed tide. The two daily highs, and especially the two lows, can differ a lot in height. The pattern follows the reference station at Cordova, Orca Inlet, Prince William Sd. The range is large, about 7.8 ft on average. Flats and bars appear and vanish quickly, so keep an eye on the time. The next spring tides peak today, with a range of 13.3 ft. Neap tides follow on Saturday, when the range shrinks to 2.2 ft.
