About the tides at Orange Park Landing

Expect two roughly equal high tides a day at Orange Park, each arriving about 50 minutes later than the day before. Water here rises and falls only about 0.9 ft on an average day. A strong onshore wind can push levels above the prediction. That is smaller than most Florida stations on this site. Over the next two weeks the biggest daily range, 1.1 ft, comes on October 10, and the smallest, 0.9 ft, on Sunday.

Orange Park Landing is a subordinate station, so NOAA publishes only its high and low times and heights. The nearest other station is I-295 bridge (west end), 2 mi away, where high tide comes about 42 min earlier. For tidal currents, see Mandarin Point.

Tide predictions and water levels from NOAA CO-OPS. For planning only, not for navigation. Real water levels can differ because of wind, air pressure and river flow. Always check conditions on site.
