About the tides at Peoria Point

Tides here follow a regular twice-daily rhythm. The two daily highs usually differ by only 0.1 ft. Water here rises and falls only about 0.8 ft on an average day. A strong onshore wind can push levels above the prediction. That is smaller than most Florida stations on this site.
