About the tides at Pleasantville

Tides here are mixed. On average the two daily highs differ by 0.8 ft, so check which low is the lower one before you head out. The pattern follows the reference station at Atlantic City, Atlantic Ocean. The average range is about 4.0 ft. Spring tides add a little more at both ends.
