About the tides at Raymond

This is a mixed-tide station. Some days bring a deep low and a shallow low, and a few days have only one of each. The pattern follows the reference station at Toke Point, Willapa Bay. With a mean range of about 7.7 ft, the shoreline here changes a lot between high and low water. Over the next two weeks the biggest daily range, 11.5 ft, comes on Sunday, and the smallest, 4.5 ft, on October 16. Looking a year ahead, predictions peak at 12.7 ft on December 24 and bottom out at −3.0 ft on July 5.

Tides here are worked out from the reference station at Toke Point, Willapa Bay, with NOAA time and height corrections. Times are good for planning, but local wind can shift them. The nearest other station is South Bend, 2 mi away, where high tide comes about 5 min earlier. For tidal currents, see South Bend, Willapa River.

Predictions are based on Toke Point, Willapa Bay.

Tide predictions and water levels from NOAA CO-OPS. For planning only, not for navigation. Real water levels can differ because of wind, air pressure and river flow. Always check conditions on site.
