About the tides at Sanborn Harbor

Tides here are mixed. On average the two daily highs differ by 1.3 ft, so check which low is the lower one before you head out. The pattern follows the reference station at Sand Point, Popof Island. The range is large, about 5.0 ft on average. Flats and bars appear and vanish quickly, so keep an eye on the time. That is smaller than most Alaska stations on this site.
