About the tides at Excursion Inlet Entrance

Expect two roughly equal high tides a day at Excursion Inlet Entrance, each arriving about 50 minutes later than the day before. The tide range here is very large, about 12.4 ft on average. Water can come in faster than you can walk across flats. Check the time before you go out. That is larger than most Alaska stations on this site.
