About the tides at Port Beauclerc

Port Beauclerc has a mixed tide. The two daily highs, and especially the two lows, can differ a lot in height. The pattern follows the reference station at Sitka. With a mean range of about 9.6 ft, the shoreline here changes a lot between high and low water. Over the next two weeks the biggest daily range, 13.9 ft, comes on October 11, and the smallest, 7.7 ft, on Friday.
