About the tides at Sagchudak Island

Sagchudak Island has a semidiurnal tide: two highs and two lows of similar height each day, about 12 hours and 25 minutes apart. The pattern follows the reference station at Sweeper Cove, Kuluk Bay, Adak Island. On a typical day the water moves about 3.1 ft between high and low. That is smaller than most Alaska stations on this site. Looking a year ahead, predictions peak at 6.9 ft on December 23 and bottom out at −2.2 ft on June 6.

Tides here are worked out from the reference station at Sweeper Cove, Kuluk Bay, Adak Island, with NOAA time and height corrections. Times are good for planning, but local wind can shift them. The nearest other station is Explorer Bay, 5 mi away, where high tide comes about 1 h 17 m earlier.
