About the tides at San Marino Island

Expect two roughly equal high tides a day at San Marino, each arriving about 50 minutes later than the day before. The pattern follows the reference station at Miami Beach, Government Cut. The mean range is small, about 2.0 ft, so wind and pressure can matter as much as the tide itself. That is larger than most Florida stations on this site. The next spring tides peak on October 27, with a range of 3.1 ft. Neap tides follow on Monday, when the range shrinks to 1.3 ft. In the next 12 months the highest predicted tide here is 3.1 ft on September 29, and the lowest is −0.8 ft on January 23.
