About the tides at Keete Inlet

This is a mixed-tide station. Some days bring a deep low and a shallow low, and a few days have only one of each. The pattern follows the reference station at Sitka, Baronof Island, Sitka Sound. Keete Inlet sees a mean range of about 10.3 ft. Low tide can expose a wide area, and the return is fast. Looking a year ahead, predictions peak at 15.5 ft on December 24 and bottom out at −3.1 ft on July 5.
