About the tides at Strawberry Bay

This is a mixed-tide station. Some days bring a deep low and a shallow low, and a few days have only one of each. The pattern follows the reference station at Port Townsend, Admiralty Inlet. The range is large, about 5.4 ft on average. Flats and bars appear and vanish quickly, so keep an eye on the time. The next spring tides peak on October 29, with a range of 11.2 ft. Neap tides follow on October 27, when the range shrinks to 2.5 ft. In the next 12 months the highest predicted tide here is 9.5 ft on December 26, and the lowest is −3.4 ft on July 4.
